Class or Workshop Desciption

Kids' classes at The Artists Playground are choice-based and, for the most part, non-directive.  Students choose what they want to make and what materials to use, while our teachers offer encouragement, support and guidance as needed. We keep our studio stocked with a large variety of traditional & non-traditional art supplies with which they can explore and experiment. This format gives them permission to follow their own interests and to express their wonderful, creative ideas in the real world! We have found, that when they are given the opportunity to make these decisions for themselves, they are more eager to learn new skills and they do so with more enjoyment!  Minimum of 4 students required to hold class. Participants will be notified one week before class starts and refunded in full. This Session is 6 weeks.
